Upon termination, the Client must settle all outstanding invoices, and the Service Provider will complete any pending collections in an orderly manner.

6. Liability and Indemnification

• The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in the preceding 12 months.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

7. Compliance with Laws

10. Dispute Resolution
